“Know Better, Do Better” is a two act drama written by playwright Daphne Austin dealing with the Do’s and Don’ts of Diabetes and Heart Disease.

A Q&A session with a panel of experts will be held after each act.

In-person participants can join in a repast of healthy snacks and a 45-minute session of line dancing by
Roland Ford’s group, Team Dance And Be Fit.
